Against a backdrop where they turned Mayfield into a loss-making Company, they turned around and told shareholders they would deliver $9m+ EBITDA this year in the middle of shareholder action to remove them (with a further sweetener note that if they dispose of the 6 centres, could +/- $1-1.5m EBITDA).

They just squeeze through the EGM to hold onto their seats and then... revise down guidance 30%+ to $6-6.5m? How many shareholders were persuaded by their original guidance to give them the chance to prove it? And... given it has been smashed down in a mere 3 months, was there ever a reasonable basis to provide that guidance?
