In my experience, to the extent that accurate information is reported, there's only one way to know what interest rate is being (or was) paid on the floating debt, and that's if the REIT actually reports it (many do not). On page 19 of the TOT Interim Financial Report:
"The loans are subject to floating rate and the weighted average interest rate was 5.98% for the half year. The loan facility is currently unhedged."
