so what went wrong here is that 33% of our portfolio was with ONE tenant, the childcare centres, thats basically it isnt it?
what SPECIFICALLY has gone wrong? dont childcare centres make money? dont they like rent increases?
i also thought having 33% of our portfolio in childcare centres would be DEFENSIVE in nature, i guess that proved to be wrong, or is it
all the fault of charter hall management that has somehow screwed things up? arent they an A+ manager in property with years of experience etc..., how could they botch things up, its not like they are some new property company with 18 year old at the head thinking they know everything.
