Based on my models, distributions should be decline over next 3 years, not significantly and entirely from higher debt costs.
They also have 17% of the portfolio coming up for lease renewals over that period and based on their comments that the portfolio is over rented, there should be negative rental reversions which if this were to occur, would further impair distributions.
