As you have already read my comments then try reading again, as i clearly said that it is sector wide issue but things get amplified with healthscope who is seriously struggling with $1.6 billion debt as disclosed by HWC in their "going concern" section of the report and widely talked around Australia.
now, when you close your part of business then you are probably lowering relative cost but at the same time losing out of some of the revenue as well...and closer decision is clear indication that healthscope is desperate to save money!
where else they could look for savings? Perhaps rent or energy bill or equipment/Capex upgrade or opex cost ...?
