i did said few time and three poster above reported as cross promotion and it got moderated so I don't want to repeat it.
the idea of risk for me is that I look at the sector first which in this case is REIT then look at two separate items yield, nta discount on top of it gearing. Also historical total return.
i put my fund (selling HCW) in another REiT with slightly high gearing and slightly lower yield (8.5% vs 8.3%) but without any healthscope like issue hanging over. Also put into REIT with different sectors but 8.6% yield.
