APE really surprised me as well because PWR and ASG both went down and also had poor results so how on earth APE pulled higher price is questionable because their NPAT (statutory) is down by 25% ! which is poor but they maintained the dividend and had glossy wording in their outlook commentary might have pushed share price higher up !
i wouldn't consider buying APE at this price but shorter might be busy buying back APE and pushing prices higher.
DDR isn't that great because like past few years it is still paying more dividend then what they earn which is not sustainable and someday time going to catch them.
clarity is required for HCW as i won't speculate my investment for long-term (short-term trading is different).
