Brookfield have provided financial support to Healthscope up until the deadline 4th Mar. So yes you're right Brookfield have two options (if funding deal isn't done) Allow Healthscope to go into administration or try & sell it with the debt written off. However why would anyone buy Healthscope when HCW & other lessors are willing to cancel their leases (on default) & issue new ones to new tenants?
