Seems to me it's likely healthscope may fall over, in which case HMC is ready to punce with a new fund.
8.4% distribution yield while we wait for that to happen. Fair bit of value here.
Additioanlly, I'll be topping up my HMC shares, looks like David is ready to launch another big fund with instos. Private health care sector looks very compelling at the right valuation.
