There was certainly no doubt that HCW would enforce the lease terms to their fullest even for even being a day late on the rent. They also mentioned a default on one lease triggers all the leases to default.
Not sure I'm that certain HMC would definitely takeover running of all the HCW hospitals, other parties are also in play. HMC could end up with hospitals that aren't even owned by HCW.
