Macro market is expensive.
Probably 40% of my portfolio is REITS, either in Australia or overseas, but not concentrated on a single REIT position. I don't expect fantastic returns for me this year, if I can hit 10-15% returns I will be happy.
I made 30% p.a+ returns since GFC, maybe this year I under perform. Anyway its more important for me that I make a little bit of money, than lose capital.
