my fear is that interest rates are at the right long term level. The market has a 90%+ surely that rates in Au will be cut this week. I don’t see the need (still l expect they will be reduced).
my gut feeling is that the current rate reduction cycle will brief before rates settle back to current levels. Remember when they were 16%? Remember the ads “13% home loan rates - lock in now”? Still l have absolutely no idea?
HCW is provably worth a small gamble at these levels, l really like DXC, and their new development in Qld.
this market is hot - prior to flash crash increased holdings in non shares to above 10% and have begun increasing again. When you see advisors on the business channel recommending buying CBA at these levels it makes me nervous.
