@pastperformer comments. The team here of Di Pilla , and Lancaster etc have a long history of deal execution. Di Pilla has an impressive background in health company execution & he will have a clear strategy on Healthscope as to final cents in the dollar buy in & delivery post any transaction. Positioned in the box seat to make money. They won’t chase the deal if there is no money to be made. Their history of success is hard to knock.
They have also well stated their new Listed & Unlisted Fund ambitions for this FY25, some in high demand industry with international flavour.
More growth in FUM. More fees. Just my opinion but thinking value here looking forward 12 months.
backed my conviction by topping up sub $8.50 today. Not chasing a bottom. Cannot see HMC sitting on their hands & staying at this level with positive news and growth ahead, Healthscope or not. AIMO
