It reads like the NTT has determined in favour of APC and government in granting the leases. It’s possible APC and the Waturta were unable to reach an agreement? If so it suggests the relationship between the NT claimants and APC is very poor. You may be correct in that no agreement exists between APC and the Waturta. Is APC kicking the can down the road until such a time the Waturta has a determination? In the case of RWD the NTT ruled in favour of the NT party, they subsequently negotiated and the long term relationship between RWD and NT has been good. APC took the risk of seeking a NT determination and it has paid off. If the NTT has determined in favour of APC without any deal, the relationship with the NT claimants is in distinct contrast to the impression investors get from the STEM classes etc. But APC investors have certainty that the ponds have leases.
