The market cap for this stock is a joke, could easily treble. Talk about a surprising announcement, never seen this type of deal coming.... win win all round.
A 10 cent exercise price on the 3 million options issued by MEM also should help to lift the SP and confidence..... in fact the SP IMHO should be around that if not more already.

So the cost of this issue just in the engineering area was somewhere up and around $3/4million .... goes to show how a simple looking device the size of a printer is actually packed with a stack of IP. Huge moat for any competition. Then on top of that the cartridges.
