As a both mem and Hyd shareholder, this is good for Memphasys. They're basically getting about $1M from hydrix. $500k cash, 1m Hyd shares ($150k) + 3m mem options exercisable at 10c = $300k in MEM pocket when exercised.Good news for hyd is there's not going to be ugly legal disputes between both parties.
As a both mem and Hyd shareholder, this is good for Memphasys....
