@skinnygirl, @tombo is right, if shares rises by 15 cents (to 45c) post consolidation, the value of your shares would have increased by 50%, and if you apply the 50% raise to 3c, it will be 4.5c. The % of profit/raise remains the same.

The only concern would be, from 3c, SP doesn't have too much to drop. Whereas from 30c, it can drop A LOT further, therefore lessen the value of your holding by a lot. BUT, if we take a step back and look at the company as a whole, what are the would-be reason for shareprice to go backwards?

IMO, not that many. Considering we have just placement $2.5m of shares to institutional/sophisticated investors, 2 directors putting in $100k in total, AND most importantly, we are anticipating a full year of profit. We also have John King's (Storage King) daughter on the board who now holds 130m+ shares.

Along with the Julie, Gavin and Paul, they know what they know from the inside, I'm 99.99% sure that they will not be parting with their own money and make big decisions (consolidation) that will cause them to lose more money.

I think as strong as the business' fundemental, we have all underestimated the fact that our directors have invested interest for the company to do well. Just let that sink in.
