• get a sample to surface,
• declare a discovery.
• share net pay, permeability, porosity
• hydrocarbon type (gas, light oil, condensate etc)

if conditions hold, they would try to run 7 " liner and suspend till flow test next year. The share price will re-rate on the above and we would be able to raise at a higher SP with lesser dilution, the above will also open up the flood gates to farm-in partners, signing of the PSA by Zimbabwe govt so I believe the company is trying to go down this route compared to what you have suggested.
