Damage to Saturn probe and other tool components mainly during trip in the hole on drill pipe. As SM mentioned unlike on wireline where the tool has a certain amount of flex on drill pipe the tool is more rigid and there is a higher risk of damage when you run into hole bridges and wash outs. The 12 degree hole angle wouldnt have helped with the tool tending to run low side in the hole. A vertical hole will reduce risk of hang ups...especially if they meed to to go TLC again.

SM also mentioned a world wide shortage of MDT tools.

Mud weight will be high enough to maintain well control in the section above the overpressured Lower Angwa section.
