The problem with your plan is getting the tools in the hole with wireline and then getting a drill string over the wireline. You'd basically be doing a strip over wireline fishing operation.

If differential sticking of the cable is a high risk then you'd either go in TLC or go in on wireline but be ready to switch to a logging while fishing job if the cable gets stuck.
