What odds a CR (if no farm in partner on board) in Jan/Feb 2024. Big chance IMHO. So at what price and dilution if it (almost certainly) comes about? They actually really need a discovery from the sidetrack otherwise its a cashless shell with failure as its middle name. Get the D and then have the ability to raise at say 35 cents a share so 70 million shares get issued netting $23 million enough for the flow test and another well? Hw dilutional is IVZ going to get when all is said and done. The rot has set in and they could become the serial stuff up in the O&G space internationally. What would a smart person do? A smart person would be looking for the back door now before they deplete the value of the skeleton to an almost worthless state. The other members of the BOD should be making the right calls now looking for expressions of interest to take IVZ over...now before they stuff the sidetrack and the next attempts at discovery...all this conjecture is MHO and not designed to down ramp...the IVZ have managed that magnificently to now they don't need any help.
The way forward is high risk just to get discovery and dang expensive to boot. Trouble is will the illustrious IVZ stand due diligence scrutiny and confirm lasting future value with the work that has been accomplished to date?
Two wells both stuffed up, Not much cash in the kitty left. No certainty (on the contrary) they can get a discovery from the sidetrack, Time wise and logistically can IVZ suffer a third failed well and still have worth? PPSA? What the? It would be interesting to see what their peers say about them and their operation...they have done very well getting this off the ground, funded and into the basin with two hot wells that for all we can tell contain a shite load of gas and HC.
Watching and hoping they finally pull off their aims is now a large risk. Chances of discovery before Xmas? Everyone have a guess...lets see what the SH think. I thought the webinar was weak and non conclusive and was there to massage the SH into warm and fuzzy balls of CR bait. SM already thinking ahead as he should be as his interest is very substantial. Don't forget that and IMHO it has a deep bearing on what way this company goes in the next 6 months. Where t goes is anyone's guess...what chances of discovery from the new sidetrack? That is the question we have to find an answer for. I am not that far under water so ca exit stage left now if I choose...what would a smart person do?
Where does the SP go with another failed attempt at discovery? 6 cents? Most likely or less even. Then at what price and dilution do they do the next CR. Any farm in (likely or unlikely?) would then have the whip hand and IVZ at their mercy with nowhere else to go. Time for reality to bite. No sign of good news now for weeks apart from sidetrack completed, liner done and dusted all good. Now lets see if we can pull off a glitch-less discovery. Is there going to be such a thing for IVZ in Zimbabwe? So far not so good what makes us think things are going to change? Words in a cut short two questions only webinar? Nothing was said inspired the SP to do anything else but drop 24%. Twenty Four Percent!
