The wireline tools are owned and operated by SLB not Invictus. SLB would happily build a warehouse at the rig and stock it with wireline tools.....but IVZ would foot the bill.
Unless youre a big oiler with deep pockets and multiwell programs the usually set up is primary and backup tool sets and in the case of the MDT a few extra modules. If more spares are required then they get ordered as required from nearest SLB base.
