Correct me if I’m wrong here. But if we did in fact obtain a water sample to determine resistivity and calculate gas saturation in the Upper and Lower Angwa reservoirs. Then we have no real outstanding data required to determine the total net hydrocarbon pay.
The only thing we need to do is differentiate between condensate and oil in the liquid zones which will be subject to fluid samples at surface.
If the total net pay is significant then there would be a way to articulate this in an announcement that would be a massive boost for the share price right now.
What would prevent Scott from announcing some more info on logs and net pay this week as @maltshovel mentioned do you think?…something along these lines maybe…
eg. “ calibration of preliminary logs has determined ‘x’ metres of total net hydrocarbon pay in good quality reservoir. Composition of liquids to be determined following fluid sampling currently underway”.
