    I think he was worried about corrupt forces stealing the basin from under a junior if they had access to and could then bypass the exploratory work that IVZ has done.

    Chinese, Algerian, oil majors ? ... I think he knows what he is sitting on. Just a shame he doesn't share it with us huh
