You're comparing two very different wells drilled in different basins. One basin has never been drilled before.....the other is riddled with holes.
EXR have all of BG/Shells data as well as being in a data sharing agreement with SANTOS.
One major difference between the two wells....knowledge of the formation pressure regime within each Basin. Well known for Bowen Basin....a very limited data set for one part of the basin after 2 wells for CC basin.
