Is it that perhaps the best farm in partner has approached and already been rejected for some reason by SM already? It is not the smart thing to sometimes hold out for the "best deal" when assessing a farm in partner. The best partner isn't necessarily the most cashed up partner so choose for valid reasons not just the richest wins. A farm in partner may have enhanced the whole operational aspect by now having a say (and experienced) in decision making too. IVZ would be set up for future works and plays and market would be confident of the future most likely. Best solution at this stage IMHO is to sell the whole schebang rather than soldier on making moves that to us don't make sense. According to our experts here at HC (God bless 'em) O&G is one crappy result after another for some companies. My fear is that there a whole lot more expensive and time consuming false starts built in to IVZ's future. Heaven forbid! Looking for a sign now that IVZ can get some scores (D plus real data) and luck with the wells to get us past the teething stuff we are encountering. Go IVZ! SM says its enormous so now for proving it and getting on with the massive task of exploiting it all for benifit of Zim and some surrounding countries.
