SM told me in 2020 that PPSA was not holding up farm in.
I don't see the PPSA delay as a red flag on government support.
IF the gov were not going to support IVZ they would not have given them the new leases or environmental approval or the PEDPA.
I seriously doubt they would have let the SWF invest either.
Imagine investing Zim retirement funds then pulling the rug out??
