I did say the rights issue they needed to up the option count to 1 for 1 and it would have been successful whilst also looking after retail.
Never seen an issue on the market successful with a 20 % discount and they were just wasting time and cash by attempting to do so.
They've probably left the company in a worse position now as I doubt there will be any insto stepping up at 13c whilst the price is in the 9s for any period of time
