I mentioned yesterday that there has been no whisper re commencement of 3D seismic despite SM telling both myself and Portiss that it was all ready to go and basically all it would take to start, was the simple push of a button once a plan of attack was complete.

A thought occurred to me last night. (Very rare haha!)
As we know, 3D is very expensive.
What if Scott is now using this as leverage to push the govt in to signing the elusive PPSA? Ie. We are not outlaying this large tranche of money until we have some guarantee from you guys that you are behind us - ie get your sh@t together and play your part in this journey.
Sort of makes sense and it may be an action that has regretfully resulted from the constant delaying from the Zimbabwean govt?
