I agree. I first mentioned IVZ to my wife's sister-in-law at Christmas. She's a petroleum engineer and the first thing she said when I told her where it was exploring was to be careful of the soverign risk-lots of shady sh!t goes on in Africa. So, the PPSA will reduce this dramatically and then I think there will be a disorderly queue of people with deep pockets clamoring for a piece of the action.
