Your point relates to Retail....... Not the company.
Although Retail is large in numbers, they make up very little in terms of % of shares owned.
The T20 shareholders alone hold over 26% of SOI..... Total number of shareholders are 8,170 and only the top 1,566 hold 86% of all the shares (that includes a heap of shareholders with less than 1,000,000 shares).
The top 200 SH could easily fund the required 15 Million $$ required......
