    I guess the answer to that conundrum is pretty simple.......

    If the Shareholders take up all their RI...... Then 0% dilutive.

    However, if IVZ give a large % of the project away....... That will be 100% dilutive for certain.

    The only question then is....... How does each method affect the SP?
