    Each individual can do whatever they want in terms of their dilution strategy.....

    3 years ago...... IVZ had not even drilled an exploration well, we certainly had not discovered a thing.

    Personally, I have added to my holdings %...... I am an Investor (not a day trader).

    It will be up to me; how much I allow myself to be diluted.......

    We all have a choice...... I choose to be Pro-active.
