To drill M3, they need, or want, the 3D seismic completed, so expediting that first takes priority over finishing M2 as it is not a small task to accumulate and analyse the data.

If Scott had gotten his way he was leaning towards 3D after M1, which would have come before M2. 3D, along with M1 and M2 results should help to clarify the resource somewhat.

There is confidence it will flow, both Robin and Scott have suggested substantial gas columns, the pressures recorded when drilling were not insubstantial. They would have more pressure readings from taking samples, so while not infallible, they would have a reasonable grasp on what they are looking at.

As Robin stated, it would be galling to give any away at this point, you don’t say that unless there is something worth keeping, or something worth developing to a point of greater return than what is currently on offer.

The same arguments keep getting tossed up and swatted down, only to be raised again more vigorously at a later point when pressure needs to be applied to holders, or more to the point potential future holders. I’m surprised flooding hasn’t come up recently with the wet season actually on, that chestnut has popped up during the dry season on occasion lol.

Gltah, the gas/condensate samples, in theory, should be where they need to be, news soon hopefully on a number of fronts.
