    I think his plan is to raise enough for the work program…..just like every other company that ever existed.
    I disagree with you however on how that is done and it seems to me that the flow test is the obvious sp kick starter so Imo it should be the priority.
    Any farm in deal now would cement this appalling sp in place by look through valuation.
    They need to cut the cone of silence and stick some concrete numbers on the board asap.
