Thanks for the correction mmcf is the million and not mcf. Strange definition for thousands. Why not thcf and mcf?

Gas is metered based on volume. Units typically used are cubic feet (cf), thousands of cubic feet (Mcf), millions of cubic feet (MMcf), billions of cubic feet (Bcf), and trillions of cubic feet (Tcf), or in the metric system cubic meters (cm), thousands of cubic meters (103m3), and billions of cubic meters (Bcm).

That meant I should have divided by 1,000 and not 1,000,000. So on the original estimate per spot price, a 1% helium content in 1 tcf would be a jaw dropping 20 to 30 billion! The more stable long term price of 375 per mcf would equate to 3.75 billion usd worth!
