Nope, not the same deal. Insto's offer came out of halt on 27/12. Shares were 15.5c that morning and still 13c at the close that day. They had the opportunity to sell down at profit then reload in the CR then either sell again or qualify for the rights issue.
We were given the rights details on 2/2 when shares were 10.5c so how is that the same deal? We are barely breaking even at 10.5 by taking the offer. Currently at 10c we are losing. The instos have reloaded and profited while we had to hang onto our shares to qualify.
