Bear in mind that Softbank already has a project with another third party on wind power and producing electricity.
I think they may want to get into Elixir as it has a OSC with wide coverage and identifiued water supply.
Of course Elixir wants to make use of Softbank's technical expertise, etc.
The MOU does not really add much value to EXR.
