so compliance is not enough? Seems to me the public servants at the EPA need some education on dealing with the public esp the one talking to bomber. The EPA is answerable to the Minister, he's the man so maybe if this goes nowhere in the next few months he should be asked, in a professional manner, what the f* they're doing ...
