1. Production of fertiliser/hydrogen from lignite: no production infrastructure
2. Production of agricultural char from lignite: no kiln.
3. Gas from waste: no production infrastructure
4. Hydrogen to provide energy for production facilities and Panasonic fuel cells: no production infrastructure but some bottled hydrogen bought from external supplier?
5. Production infrastructure: not enough capital to build.
