Yes, good question. I bought a small starting parcel on 11 August last year but sold it only two weeks later after the director sale I alluded to above (https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/55491254/single). On reflection it was probably too early to enter - I was working on the basis the Scoping Study would have a fair bit of flesh on the bones and would come sooner than it did. So from here what I'd be looking for would be certain stages executed:
- MOU turned into a definitive agreement with TE
- Definitive agreement would need to have a clear roadmap/timeframes and clear breakdown of cost sharing
- PFS to follow with some specific financials, notably estimated capex - IMO one thing that's bound to happen is that existing PRL holders will get diluted by further capital raises, the problem we don't know is by exactly how much. Hence I don't see the benefit in sitting in this too early.
So that's where my thinking is and why I'm still following the story. Just my opinion, I'm flying a bit blind here as this is the first non-deposit 'resource' stock I've ever followed - so take it all with a big pinch of salt! Cheers
