Just a couple to note as I have a lot on atm
1) how many have a MOU with a major ie Total.
2) how many have a MOU with a shipping line (though still a spec, but nevertheless)
3) how many have the best location in Oz.
The negatives I see in others, they don’t have any/or these and/or are not GH2.

This is a LH, either leave the skin in, or if you can’t afford for LT, get out, their will be many ups and downs.
And FYI, still waiting for my parcel to be bought. Yeah sorry guys, not on market this time, I’m getting greedy. GLAH
