Yes, that is the risk when investing in a speculative stock that is tapping into a market that doesn't currently exist.
Put it in the top drawer and wait it out, no other option. We can all speculate until the cows come home but at the end of the day this is in suspension. They have advised they are still pursuing it and if anyone thinks this is going to be a quick process they will be bitterly disappointed.
