    As of Dec 13 2023 GHY had 76,663,023 shares on issue plus 83,076,977 unquoted shares belonging to the two founders under escrow until Jan 2025.
    So the market cap is 159,740,000 shares x the sp. Today at ~ 60c sp that would be $95.8m
