Less than 0.5% of the float has traded 7.3 M/1580 M since this announcement so it seems that this hasn't generated a huge amount of interest. Are people sitting back until first oil is announced? It's the logical next value driver.
Another ~ 1,000 bopd with oil at ~ USD $110 and development paid out of the petty cash tin- it's a pretty good story.
Sitting on the sidelines until that is announced might mean missing a nice jump in SP.
