I would be less concerned if Todd had completely relinquished the whole licence, or it had expired. I might have been OK if the entire JV had agreed and simply overlooked telling the market. Not so happy that JUST the barren Sthn portion was actually relinquished, together with the 38494 designation, and that Todd kept 100% of the Nthn prospects folded into their existing licence, without any comment by the listed JV partners.
