I was hoping the strategic alliance might be with a company that actually wants to build Hazer plants.
Unfortunately it is with a company that is selling them on Hazers behalf.
The good news is that the experts at KBR have clearly validated the technology and have the reach to speed up the roll out of Hazer tech.
