What if company A locks itself into company B with exclusive deal and then company B does not perform in pushing the company A product, or finds a new and better product., Is company A allowed to sign others to sell their own product or sign others to sell it.
Do I see it that company B has control,
Not suggesting that company B won't do their best. But what if?
Might be a stupid thought but could it happen.
