I have read, but forget where, that KBR has said that their "clients" are looking for low emission alternatives. Government regulations are dictating lower emission targets in many countries. I'm also hoping that once the engineering is done KBR will be pushing hard to use HZR in all the future ammmonia/methanol plants whether the state says they need it or not, so that they can toot that horn that says they are doing something about emissions, both state and company.
