They seem to primarily be engineering consultants with a backlog of useful (high volume installation) data we should be able to tap into. It should be win-win, where they get their membership fee, and consultation fees when our engineers (and KBR's by the sound of it) need their help. This is absolutely aimed at upscaling to the quantities that KBR and others are looking for.
I also noticed that one of their members is Graphitic. Their list of other members is a who's who with a few big players, so it could also be speculated that this is another way to be on their radars too.
